The service

Xhibitur Assist answers customer questions for your business, collects leads, and sends them to you.

Plans and billing

• $249.99 a month, or $2,499.90 a year
• $149 one-time setup on monthly plans, free on yearly plans
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t give partial refunds, except under the guarantee.

60-day guarantee

If the leads captured in your first 60 days are worth less than 3 times what you paid, based on the average job value you set, email us within 70 days of signing up for a full refund.

Your answers

You approve what your assistant knows and you’re responsible for keeping it accurate. It’s built not to make up answers, but it can make mistakes. Don’t use it for medical, legal or emergency advice.

Text messages

You confirm you’re allowed to text people who call your business. Every text includes a way to opt out. Plans include up to 300 missed-call texts a month.

Fair use

Don’t use the service for spam, illegal activity, or to mislead customers.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New York law.
